Welcome to our brand new luxury villa.
Our fantastic villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and will sleep 10 comfortably.
Our villa is situated on Lake Wilson Preserve, which is a small exclusive Mediterranean style development, close to Champions Gate, Disney, Reunion golfing complex and Disney celebration. We are about a 10 minute drive to Disney's major theme parks and a short distance from the historic town of Kissimmee.
We are situated just across the road from one of the most picturesque and widely renowned golf courses, the Reunion golf complex. There are 3 remarkable courses on this complex designed by Tom Watson, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold palmer. Also - just a few minutes away is another widely renowned couse, Champions gate designed by Greg Norman.
The villa is in a cul-de-sac of 12 houses all overlooking a conservation
area. Our South facing pool and deck areas have both been extended so
you can really appreciate the glorious location. We have two Master Suites,
one
upstairs
with a balcony, ideal for sitting back and relaxing and another downstairs,
ideal for the elderly or those who don't like stairs.
Both our Master Suites are equipped with TV and come with ensuite
bathrooms.
There are three more twin bedrooms upstairs, one with a Play Station
2 and there is a further family bathroom.
In the garage we have bicycles for exploring the surrounding area.
Our fully fitted kitchen, separate dining room and comfortable living
room make our villa a superb haven to come home to after a long day
at the theme parks or beach.
We as a family have been coming to Florida since 1989 and feel we know what you are looking for in that fantastic Florida adventure.
