About the owner

We run The Bell Inn at Chittlehampton which we have had for the past 21 years. We have been going to Florida since 1989 so have built up a good idea of what is needed for a great vacation. Our villa was purchased and built in 2006 and we are so pleased with it. We feel it is in a great location for that perfect vacation. We are more than happy to give advise on any aspect of travelling to Florida. Our two boys Matthew and Kyran have loved going to Florida from when they were small and still love going even now they are 19 and 16, there is so much to do. Florida is a fantastic holiday destination for all the family, go there and find out you will love it.

Why the owner chose a home in this location

We looked long and hard before deciding on buying and building at Lake Wilson we loved the Spanish style and the location of our villa it backs on to a conservation area, many villas back onto other villas and this can spoil your pool time. We are located just off the i4 which can get you to the parks and down to Tampa quickly. We are also surrounded by fantastic golf courses which adds to the whole feel good holiday.

Unique benefits of the property

Not being overlooked, with a south facing pool which means evening sun after a day at the parks or on the golf course. Our property is in a small cul-de-sac of only 12 villas and no traffic which means its quiet and safe. We believe its the best on Lake Wilson.
