NOTES ON PRICES:

Prices are for villa rental per week, including all taxes. The rental charge includes free use of the electricity in the villa and cleaning at the end of your stay.

Payment can be made either in £UK or $US.

Pool heating is available as an optional extra (About £8 to £10 per day) and is recommended if you intend to use the pool during the Winter months. We suggest that you request pool heating at the time of booking to ensure that the pool is heated on arrivale.
However, pool heating can be arranged after arrival by contacting the Contempo Management Company.
