The villa provides 2500 sq ft of living space and is fully air-conditioned.
The following is also provided: All bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, telephone ( free local calls, long distance and international calls require prepaid calling card or credit card), hair dryer, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting and pool door alarms.

The villa is suitable for children, families, elderly or infirm and is available for long term or short term lets.

Living Accommodation

Comfortable sitting room with sofas, large flat-screen cable TV with upgraded package, DVD. Large 42" flat screen internet television.
Free wifi and upgraded sports package including fox soccer channel.
Patio door leading to the terrace and pool.

Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances - Stove, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer.

Dining area off the kitchen which seats eight.

TV Room: TV, Wii and DVD player

Games Room: Play pool or darts. Ride a bike, go for a game of golf or enjoy a barbeque. There's always plenty to do!


Five Bedrooms (Sleeps 10)

We have two Master Suites, one upstairs with a balcony, ideal for sitting back and relaxing and another downstairs, ideal for the elderly or those who don't like stairs.
Both our Master Suites are equipped with TV and come with ensuite bathrooms.

There are three more twin bedrooms upstairs, one with a Play Station 2 and there is a further family bathroom.

Outdoors

The large private heated pool is South facing ensuring it catches the sun all day long.

The screened deck has been extended giving plenty of room for all guests to enjoy the area. Comfortable sun loungers are provided.
The covered terrace area has a ceiling fan and large table and chairs.
